CARDIO TENNIS:  

Cardio Tennis is great for those people who want to get out on the tennis court and have a lot of fun and are not too worried about learning something new each time. Cardio Tennis is set to fast paced music so that you are really able to get a workout instead of going to the gym all the time. It doesn’t matter if you have experience or not because it is open to people of all standards and ages.

Weight Endurance Drills:

Held once a week for 30 mins before Tennis Squad groups.
