Kieran Puls

Kieron was born in Western Australia and while in primary school he travelled all around Australia with his parents  where he was home schooled.  They came to visit family in the Coffs Coast 5 years ago and ended up settling here, with Kieron attending Bellingen High School.

Kieron started to play tennis with Jarred in Bellingen during high school where they connected. As he got older and better his love of tennis grew. Kieron's passion for tennis has influenced his decision to move forward into a career as a Tennis Australia Coach.

Under Jarred's counsel Kieron is currently putting the wheels in motion to train as a Level 1 Tennis Australia Coach and is very excited about a long-term future with Tiebreak Tennis.

Kieron considers Jarred a role model who has had a huge influence on him, particularly Jarred's ability to talk people out of negative thoughts.

For the moment Kieron is enjoying coaching and developing his own practice at Tiebreak Tennis and is about to hit the Mid North Coast Tennis Tournament circuit with multiple tournaments lined up over the next few months.

Mal Kul

Mal is currently taking a year off his University Degree, Agricultural Science, to take some time to decide what direction he is going to take in the future.

Mal came to Coffs Harbour just before High School as a refugee from Burma and attended John Paul College for his High school years.  At the time Mal was playing tennis elsewhere but came along one night with his friends and was instantly seduced by Jarred's dynamic and inspiring coaching methods and well the rest is history.

Mal spends part of his time at Tiebreak Tennis assisting with the admin and as a support coach during classes and tennis clinics., While at the same time spends much of his time volunteering with Lifeline helping newly arrived refugees and with local Aged Care services.
